This may be true when two intelligent beings grok each other, but it is also possible to grok a concept or an inanimate object. Well, you are correct. Was trying to get the previous, long and hotly debated version out of a difficulty in the terminology used to describe human/human groking. Was drawn there by a request for comment. Not a regular. Carry on, Wikipedian!
