While this image may depict a substantial portion of the {{{subject}}}'s hardware and software, it conveys an insubstantial portion of the "{{{subject}}} experience": the way the interface interacts with the user, and the image does not store or display of the viewers' data. Purpose of use

To illustrate {{{subject}}} in a way impossible to do in words for purposes of critical commentary, and to use Apple's desired representation of {{{subject}}} in Wikipedia. While it may be possible to depict hardware with non-fair use images, it is in Apple's own interest to avoid the inferior photographic quality, wear and tear (i.e. scratches) on the physical subject, and customized or otherwise modified software/interface, that typically accompany such photographs. Such photographs are less informative than those provided by Apple and are therefore the latter are more desirable on Wikipedia.
