Should Wikipedia be advocating such activities? RickK 06:45, 27 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Wikipedia is telling people about such activities not advocating them. We should not under estimate the reader.By that I mean we should not withhold information on the grounds that they are too silly to know such stuff. We are supposed to be working on an encylopedia of all knowledge. My opinion is -that provided we stay within the law (i.e. no giving out state secrets) and include safety advice "don't try this at home" and provide a link to the appropriate risk disclaimer, we should encourage all information. theresa knott 14:41, 27 Nov 2003 (UTC)
