Please confirm the stereochemistry in this structure...is it meant to be E,E,E and not E,Z,E?--ChemSpiderMan (talk) 16:45, 17 December 2007 (UTC)

Chem Abstracts has the structure of CAS#70563-58-5 (Herbimycin A) the same as currently shown in this article. Also,a recent publication in Organic Letters (abstract here) of a total synthesis shows it as E,Z,E which should confirm the structure. -- Ed (Edgar181) 18:36, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
