[edit] Production

The film will be set in an alternate future and feature completely new characters, although elements from the Marvel Universe will be used.[2] The film features the Avengers' teenage children, (who decide to become superheroes after their parents are killed by Ultron), an elderly Tony Stark (who mentors the new heroes), and an elderly Bruce Banner. Promotional art and preview images have shown that the heroes are modeled after Captain America, Black Panther, Thor, the Wasp and Hawkeye.[3]

[edit] Premise

The children of the Avengers, Son of Black Widow and Captain America, Wasp and Giant-Man's son, Thor's daughter and Black Panther's son must rise up to their parents' legends and stop the villainous android Ultron in Marvel's next feature length animated movie. But with the world in peril, can these inexperienced young heroes save the day?[4]

[edit] Title

The project was originally announced under the title Teen Avengers and later changed to Avengers Reborn. It was then referred to as Next Avengers before being given its full title.
