This image includes the double bond missing from heroin2.png. It adds stereochemistry missing from both heroin.png and heroin2.png, and corrects the structure and stoichiometry found in heroin.png.
User:deejoe drew this with [XDrawChem], v 1.0 [as distributed in binary form] in Debian 3.0r1 ("woody"). So, not only is the image redistributable, so is the software used to produce it.
The structure was checked against the description of it as diacetyl heroin found in many places, including the heroin Wikipedia page, against a [Google Images search], and against the Merck Index, 11th edition (entry 2948).
