Herowabad (Persian: هرو آباد, also Romanized as Herowābād, Heroābād, Herauabad, Hirābād, and Harowabad; formerly, Khalkhāl (Farsi: خَلخال), Herow, Herau, and Harau (Farsi:هَرُوَبَد, هِرُ آباد, and هِرُو)) is a city in Ardabil Province, Iran.
