Heroin Girl is a rock song by the band Everclear from their 1995 album Sparkle and Fade. This song is thought to be about lead singer, Art Alexakis's girlfriend overdosing on heroin, when it really is about his brother. Alexakis also lost his brother to heroin; his mom heard policemen classify the incident as "just another overdose," a lyric used in the song.
