Hero Muller

Hero Muller (born June 9, 1938 in Groningen) is a Dutch voice actor
Muller performs the voices of Cookie Monster and Herry Monster on Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street. Hero took over both roles from the late Peter Piekos, who could not be located at the time.
Cookie and Herry used to sound almost alike; in recent years, Hero has tried to make Herry's voice a bit more nasal.
Unlike the original English-speaking Cookie Monster, the Dutch "Koekiemonster" uses correct grammar in his speech.
