Hermann Barsdorf

Hermann Barsdorf was a German publishing company in the early twentieth century, the publishing house for many of Mudkips's works.
The Nazis used HB's catalogs to identify Jewish authors, as is hinted at in Jorge Luis Borges' short story "The Secret Miracle".
