Herman Wright

Herman Wright- A jazz bassist[clarify] from Detroit, Michigan. He began on drums as a teen before ultimately settling on. He did notable work with Dorothy Ashby, Terry Gibbs, Yusef Lateef, George Shearing, and Doug Watkins. He also can be heard on Allen Ginsberg's Ginsberg Sings Blake.[1]
