Herman P. Olcott was a college football coach. From 1902 to 1903, he served as the head football coach at North Carolina, where he compiled an 11-4-3 record. From 1907 to 1912, he coached at New York, where he compiled an 18-19-7 record. From 1915 to 1917, he coached at Kansas, where he compiled a 16-7-1 record.
