"Here with Me" is a song by Dido and first single released from her debut album No Angel. Dido wrote this song when she met her now ex boyfriend Bob Page and fell in love with him. This track can be found on Dido's promo album, "The Highbury Fields EP" from 1998. "Here With Me" was originally released as first track on debut album No Angel in 1999 in US. This song was used as the theme music for the American television drama Roswell (1999–2002). After re-releasing of No Angel in 2001, "Here With Me" was chosen to be the first single. It peaked at number-four in UK Singles Chart.

[edit] Music videos
Two distinct music videos were made for the track. The first version was recorded in 2000 in the US, but was of low-quality black and white video. Dido later stated that she looked really bad in that video[citation needed]. A new version of better quality (and filmed in Toronto) was released in 2001.
[edit] Uses in film and television
The song was prominently featured in the 2003 romantic comedy Love Actually and appears on the movie's soundtrack album. It was also in the 2000 film Bounce.
It was featured as the opening song of the TV series Roswell. The song was also featured in the NBC television show ER. It was played as Sam Taggert went over to Luka Kovac's apartment to make love.
[edit] Cover versions
"Here with Me" was covered by Sarah Brightman for her 2000 album La Luna.
