Herbert Tsoi

Herbert Hak-Kong Tsoi BBS, JP (Chinese: 蔡克剛) was the President of The Law Society of Hong Kong between 2000-2002[1]. An alumnus of St. Paul's Co-educational College and the University College, London, some of Tsoi's numerous public services include: member of the University Council of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University; member of the ICAC Operations Review Committee and Witness Protection Review Board Panel; honorary legal adviser of the Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists, Hong Kong Grant Schools Council, the Society for the Protection of Children; as well as being a school council member of several Hong Kong secondary schools including his alma mater St. Paul's Co-educational College.
