Herbert Runge (January 13, 1913 – March 11, 1986) was a German boxer who competed in the 1936 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Elberfeld and died in Wuppertal.

Runge was an eight time German amateur heavyweight champion 1935-1943. He won the European amateur championship silver medal 1934 and 1937 and the bronze medal in 1939.

In 1936 he won the gold medal in the heavyweight class after winning the final against Guillermo Lovell.
