Herbert Hoover High School is a comprehensive public secondary school located in the Talmadge neighborhood of San Diego, California, USA.
The school was established in 1930 and named in honor of then U.S. President Herbert Hoover.
It has recently come into infamy when male students videotaped up the skirt of a teacher with a cell phone camera and circulated the video via e-mail.[1]
