Herbert Buhtz (April 12, 1911 – June 7, 2006) was a German rower who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics.
In 1932 he won the silver medal with his partner Gerhard Boetzelen in the double sculls competition.
He was born in Magdeburg and died in Berlin.
