Hera Pheri (Hindi: हेरा फेरी, Urdu: ہیرا پھیری) is a 2000 Bollywood comedy directed by Priyadarshan. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Sunil Shetty and Tabu. The sequel to the film, Phir Hera Pheri is now released. The film is a remake of Siddique-Lal's Ramji Rao Speaking (1989), which is in the Malayalam language.

The movie revolves around the lives of three men who live in Mumbai City, each having monetary troubles that they find impossible to solve. Needy Shyam (Sunil Shetty) strives for a job in order to pay back an old friend Khadak Singh (Om Puri), Raju (Akshay Kumar), a daydreaming lothario who needs money to support his old mother and Baburao (Paresh Rawal), their idiotic but kind-hearted landlord who's struggling to pay off his late father's debts.
