[edit] January 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Cartilagebaroque. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. JD554 (talk) 13:47, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Compound words in English
In English it is not so usual as in Norwegian to make a compound word by putting two words together: so an English-speaker looking at "Stavangerrenaissance" does not easily see how the word splits into two, and it looks to him like a meaningless jumble. I think that is why your two articles got tagged as possible hoaxes. I have taken off the "hoax" tags, and within the articles I have separated the words to "Stavanger renaissance" and "Cartilage baroque". If the articles are kept, we should do that to the titles, too, but I don't think that is possible while they are listed at AfD. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 14:46, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
