[edit] Spoiler restored

I've restored the spoiler tag. I've read WP:SPOILER. I still think that an unsuspecting reader, seeking info on Pleasants and perhaps motivated to read a book in which he is featured, such as The Guns of the South, might be annoyed that he was not warned that plot points would be given away.--Wehwalt 21:29, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Away with Guns of the South

In accordance with section 3.2 of the WikiProject Military history style book, I have deleted all references to Turtledove's Guns of the South. PKKloeppel (talk) 23:56, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

I'm going to revert. It's really what Pleasants is best known for. What you cite isn't a policy in any way. We're cheating the reader if we use that as a means to get rid of what the man is (these days, anyway) known for.--Wehwalt (talk) 03:19, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
