A nice start, but this could use some expansion, particularly in the introduction. "Henry Loch was a Scottish soldier and colonial administrator" tells us practically nothing. Which Loch was he Baron of? Which colonies did he administrate? Which conflicts did he fight in? Also, as extra goodies, an infobox, and if available a picture would be wonderful.
