  • Henophidians I found this page as a deadend and had no stub attatched. On google saerch got 40 hits (spelled wrong?) Needs something (expansion?) 'cause it doesnt say mutch.
    • I turned this page into a redirect to henophidia, and created that page. Now henophidia needs a bit of work, its basically list of the families that it contains right now. 52736941 19:29, 16 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Relevancy

Despite having made a few minor changes to this article, mostly to fix some old wikilinks, I should say that this article no longer has any relevance to the way Wikipedia's snake articles are currently organized. ITIS is currently being used exclusively for the higher snake taxa, which does not include the Henophidia, or any other superfamily. This taxon is included in the NRDB's online taxonomy, which is apparently based in the work of Zug, Vitt and Caldwell (2001). The snake taxonomy at ITIS, which is is based on the continuing work of Dr. Roy McDiarmid, instead includes two infraorders: the Alethinophidia and the Scolecophidia. --Jwinius (talk) 02:19, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
