Hensley Sapenter was the 18th head college football coach for the Prairie View A&M University Panthers located in Prairie View, Texas and he held that position for two seasons, from 1995 until 1996. His career coaching record at Prairie View was 0 wins, 22 losses, and 0 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2007 season, this ranks him 22nd at Prairie View in total wins and 22nd at Prairie View in winning percentage (0.000). [1][2]
Coach Sapenter's 22 consecutive losses played a major part in the worst losing streak in NCAA history of 88 games between 1989 and 1998.[3]
