Henry of Cocket

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Henry of Cocket (d. 1127) was a Dane who lived in a hermitage on the island of Cocket, off the Northumberland coast. He died there in 1127. The word "saint" is often attributed to him, although there is no evidence that any veneration of him has ever taken place.
