Henry Wilhelm Kristiansen (2 February 1902 - 16 January 1942) was a Norwegian newspaper editor and politician for the Communist Party.
He was born in Nordstrand. His first political position was that of chairman of the Young Communist League, briefly in 1923. He became chairman of the Communist Party in 1931, but was removed in 1934. Instead, he became editor-in-chief of the official party newspaper Arbeideren.
Arbeideren was shut down by the authorities in 1940, during the German occupation of Norway. He was arrested on 22 June 1941, the same day as Operation Barbarossa commenced. In December 1941 he was sent to Neuengamme concentration camp, where he later died. His wife shared this fate.
