Henry Spinetti (born Henry Anthony George Spinetti, March 31, 1951, Cwm, South Wales) is a session drummer, whose playing has featured on a large number of prominent albums.

Spinetti has worked with:

Plus Spinetti played on Gerry Rafferty's single, "Baker Street", and also played drums in "The Concert For George". His early work included spells with The Herd and Judas Jump.

He is the younger brother of the actor, Victor Spinetti.
