Henry Edward Perenara (born June 16, 1980 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby league player for the Cronulla Sharks in the National Rugby League competition. He also previously played for the St George Illawarra Dragons, Melbourne Storm, the New Zealand Warriors and the Parramatta Eels. His position of choice is at Lock though he can also play in the Second Row. He is brother of Marcus Perenara.
