Henry William Lapczyk Vera (born April 17, 1978) is a Paraguayan football goalkeeper who played for Cerro Corá, General Caballero ZC and Olimpia of Paraguay.

He is currently playing for CD Huachipato of Chile. He served the national team in one occasion, in 2007.
