Henry F. Zwack

Henry F. Zwack (born December 5, 1952) is a politician in the Republican Party and currently a New York State Supreme Court Justice after being appointed to the New York State Court of Claims by Governor George Pataki in December of 2006. He was previously a Rensselaer County Legislator, Chairman of the Legislature, Rensselaer County Executive, New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) Acting Commissioner, lobbyist, and New York bar-admitted lawyer. He chambers in Troy, New York, hearing cases primarily in Albany, Columbia, Rensselaer, and Ulster Counties.
