Henry Allard

Karl Åke Henry Allard, born November 21, 1911 in Örebro, died October 23, 1996 in Örebro. Swedish politician (social democrat), speaker of the riksdags second chamber 1969–1970. He became the first speaker of the unicamberal Riksdag in 1971 a post he held until 1979.
