Henrique Sousa (1951, Portuguese) currently teaches electronics at highschool level. He also dedicates himself to writing and managing some Internet websites.
He was a pioneer of wind power in Portugal and author of several projects of renewable energies and co-generation as a technician for the Madeira Regional Government.
From 1988 to 1994 lived in Berlin where he carried successfully technical projects by Siemens. Projects developed for the GTZ, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit, gave him a view of how rich countries control the development in poorer ones. Publishes his writings at lulu.com[1]
