Henri Lurie

Henri Lurie (born 1905) was a French engineer and philosopher, as well as a translator of Spinoza and Goethe. He was an ardent supporter of the international language Esperanto. Lurie was also a devoted follower of Constantin Brunner, translating many of his works and participating in the dissemination of his thought. Lurie died 7 August 1994 in Englewood, New Jersey, USA.
