Heng Ee High School (Sekolah Menengah Jenis Kebangsaan Heng Ee in Malay, 恒 毅 中 学 in Chinese) is a secondary school located in George Town, Penang, Malaysia.

The school is located on Hamilton Road in the George Town area and relatively near to Penang Free School.
The school grounds is divided into 2 sections by Jalan Hamilton. One side comprises the school administrators' rooms, teachers' room, staff room, cafeteria, foyer, school hall, 2 blocks of classes, 2 computer rooms, 4 living skills rooms, 8 science laboratories and a football field while the another side comprises a small car park, 2 basketball courts and a volleyball court.
Mr. Goh Boon Poh is the principal of this school currently.

The school was founded in 1967 by Datuk Father Arthur Julien, a Belgian missionary who arrived in Penang from China in 1952. He had also established the Heng Ee Primary School and Heng Ee Kindergarten in 1952 and 1969 respectively.
