Henderson is a town in Caroline County, Maryland, United States. The population was 118 at the 2000 census.

Henderson is located at 39°4′26″N, 75°45′59″W (39.073796, -75.766431)[1].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 118 people, 42 households, and 28 families residing in the town. The population density was 950.3 people per square mile (379.7/km²). There were 46 housing units at an average density of 370.5/sq mi (148.0/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 82.20% White, 9.32% African American, 0.85% Asian, 5.93% from other races, and 1.69% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 8.47% of the population.

There were 42 households out of which 40.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 40.5% were married couples living together, 23.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.0% were non-families. 21.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.81 and the average family size was 3.31.

In the town the population was spread out with 31.4% under the age of 18, 11.0% from 18 to 24, 31.4% from 25 to 44, 17.8% from 45 to 64, and 8.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 31 years. For every 100 females there were 96.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.9 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $32,500, and the median income for a family was $33,125. Males had a median income of $30,625 versus $21,875 for females. The per capita income for the town was $11,678. There were 16.1% of families and 14.2% of the population living below the poverty line, including 15.2% of under eighteens and 16.7% of those over 64.
