Hemidoras is a small genus of catfishes (order Siluriformes) of the family Doradidae. This genus contains two species, H. morrisi and H. stenopeltis.[1]
H. morrisi is found in the upper Amazon River basin and H. stenopeltis is distributed in the Amazon River basin.[2][3]
H. morrisi grows to a length of 14.0 centimetres (5.5 in) SL.[2] H. stenopeltis reaches a maximum size of 12.5 cm (4.9 in) SL.[3]
