[edit] Survey Invitation

Hi there, I am a research student from the National University of Singapore and I wish to invite you to do an online survey about Wikipedia. To compensate you for your time, I am offering a reward of USD$10, either to you or as a donation to the Wikimedia Foundation. For more information, please go to the research home page. Thank you. --WikiInquirer 08:22, 3 March 2007 (UTC)talk to me

[edit] Academe North

I have deleted this article because it is about a "micronation" that is not recognized by any meaningful body and to all intents and putrposes does not exist. Wikipedia is not a forum for the promotion of someone's idea for a micro nation. None of the sources you supplied show notability for Academe North. It might be notable if, for example, it had been featured in a New York Times article or some equivalent reliable source. You should read more about Wikipedia's general notion of notability and particularly the idea that notability is established if the subject "has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the subject itself.". This is clearly not the case with Academe North. Nothing you wrote is independently verifiable so it cannot be included in Wikipedia. Thnaks, Gwernol 21:14, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
