[edit] License tagging for Image:Karl Ferris Experience Sample Sheet latest.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Karl Ferris Experience Sample Sheet latest.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 11:05, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
- please note that wikipedia can only accept images if they are released under the GFDL licence or are public domain. You cannot impose more restrictive conditions than GFDL. jimfbleak 13:12, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Karl Ferris
This page has been deleted as a copyright violation. It's not enough for you to assert that Karl Ferris gives his permission to reprint this here; he has to contact the Wikimedia foundation and relase this text under the GFDL or into the public domain so that it can be modified and reprinted. Beyond that, the text would need some adjusting to fit our neutral point of view policies. Please don't repost this unless permissions are correctly given; it will just get deleted again. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me on my talk page. Thanks! --Isotope23 16:37, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Floria L 09:34, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
Please do not add unhelpful and unconstructive information to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.--Guinnog 09:59, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you create an inappropriate page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Guinnog 10:01, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Protected
I've protected Karl Ferris from recreation as you now seem to be using the namespace for vandalism. Blanking my talkpage isn't going to do any good either. Have Karl release this under the GFDL if you want to see it here, or write a new article from scratch.--Isotope23 13:12, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
