It appears that you have been canvassing for comments on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/RussArt.com at this forum. I make this accusation because of common tone: Both posts used the unusual phrases "Russian American community" and "cultural hub" with identical capitalisation and punctuation. It is considered highly inappropriate to seek comments on wikipedia discussions from outside parties. Please cease this behavior at once, or you may be blocked or even banned from editing wikipedia. This is the only warning you will recieve. If you have any questions, please leave them on my talk page. Vectro 23:37, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: "I have added external "Screenshots" and "Trailer" links to Russian movies. I have just added more of the same stuff there already was (though there was very few). There is nothing commercial on target pages, just screenshots and trailers. Why was I blocked? If this is "commercial linkspam", then delete external links to IMDB, because those are also links to (almost) noncommercial pages of a commercial site."
Decline reason: "I'm going to have to decline your unblock request because you do not intend to contribute factual information to Wikipedia, only to promote russart.com in violation of the Wikipedia:External links and Wikipedia:Spam policy. Your article on RussArt.com was already deleted per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/RussArt.com and you have attempted to circumvent that decision by posting external links into articles instead. I also believe your intentions may be commercial since the title of russart.com is "Russian Movie Club - Rent DVD online". Links to IMDB are acceptable on Wikipedia because most of the content is provided by volunteer contributors and supplement information that would be too trivial or tedious to transcribe into every movie-related article. russart.com has no useful information in English to complement articles. -- Netsnipe ► 05:15, 31 October 2006 (UTC)"
