I removed the picture of "a typical help desk," as it added nothing to the article and didn't seem to be anything other than somebody posting a picture of themselves on WP for fun. If others feel that it was of worth, go ahead and make your case. Deadsalmon 02:24, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
