Inclined towards delete as advert unless we can find out and state in the article whether or not this is a for-profit training organisation trying to look like a professional body, which is what it looks like to me (largely because none of the websites say anything at all that would be helpful in deciding either way).   • Lean towards keep.Since the initial post didn't have the URL, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. If you look at aicpa.org, which I know is a non-profit professional organization, you'll note that they position themselves very similarly, not mentioning their non-profit status. Which country are we talking about here?

Interesting question. The website currently linked to from the article links to chapters in the USA, Canada and Mexico only. However there are websites for organisations in Europe and Australia that use the same logo, link back to it, and promote it generally. Andrewa 19:02, 28 Mar 2004 (UTC)

One interesting thing lacking from all the sites is any word on the ownership or governance of the this 'Institute'. Is it a real association of members, or is it a money-making concern? I think if we are to have such an article, we should try to find out. The line can blur a bit with professional organisations, especially US-based ones offering training like this one. But the complete lack of any mention of a board of directors or any other officers on all the websites tends to suggest this is a for-profit training organisation that wants to look like a professional body, rather than a professional body with dominating interests in paid education. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
