[edit] Lowercase title

The band's name is not capitalized. It should be hellogoodbye and not Hellogoodbye. I had changed all of the problems with the capitalization until HarryCane decided it was necesary to undo everything I did. If you need proof, here are some sites that can prove it;

That is the name of the EP. However, the actual name of the band is not capitalized. You can tell this from the links given and the band's logo. [3] For more proof, check the cover of their DVD. [4] --Russ is the sex 20:11, 22 February 2006 (UTC)
Problem is, in any category pages such as [5], hellogoodbye features last, after capital "Z", under its own "h" category, not under "H" like every other band! I wouldn't know how to change that, because I'm not too well up on changing stuff on Wikipedia, but it would seem to make sense to at least have it so it's categorised under "H" with other bands, surely?

Frankly, I don't agree with the Wikipedia convention, but I will support the current favoured style, which is to capitalise trademarks beginning with a lower-case letter. See, for example, Blink-182. — cBuckley (Talk • Contribs) 23:56, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

Hellogoodbye is a proper noun, so it should be capitalized.

  • I disagree. Yes, hellogoodbye is a proper noun, but, hellogoodbye is not capitalized because the name of the band is hellogoodbye not Hellogoodbye. The members wanted it that way. I reverted the alphabetized edits to the members section, to keep the article on par with other band articles, which usually list singer, then lead instrumentalists, then rhythm instrumentalists. And Case was never considered a full member of the band, as he was just filling in on stage a few times. --HarryCane 10:52, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

Well, if there isn't a source, it probably shouldn't go into the article (per WP:V). Also, I for one don't think it is all that notable how much it sold in one specific store. They released this as a iTunes exclusive which featured 3 remix versions of all of your love but somehow this has been translated into a single which it probably is the 2nd one but technically isnt a single And dosent make sense why someone would think they would release another single when here in your arms is still in the top 20. I'm removing the "power pop" bit in the genre, if you read wikipedia's (or anybody else's) definition of power pop you'll see this band has nothing to do with that label. Please, don't lie. There are enough sources that beg to differ (Google search, AbsolutePunk.net, their official PureVolume/MySpace profiles). Maybe not on their most recent release, but definitely on their EP. --HarryCane 11:11, 12 April 2007 (UTC)

On November 22 2007, the band performed on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

How can this be, unless the writer has a crystal ball? I don't know if this is a typo (e.g., writer meant to say "2006" instead of "2007"), or an announcement of a future scheduled appearance. 24.205.142.65 21:18, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
