Both ESAKE and EOK end up here. They are two distinct entities: 1. EOK (Hellenic Basketball Federation) is the organising body of basketball in Greece. 2. ESAKE (Association of Greek Basketball Franchises) is a federation of the professional basketball clubs which, in fact, runs the A1 Ethniki.
