I am Helen & Stanley Dance's grandson. If any information is needed I would be happy to pass on questions to their children. Wuputah 04:42, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Teddy Wilson

I believe that Oakley did not introduce Teddy Wilson to the Benny Goodman orchestra (that was Mildred Bailey), but rather encouraged Goodman to put his trio (including Wilson) on stage instead of relegating them to the recording studio. That's what Firestone's Goodman bio says, at least. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.91.21.248 (talk) 01:53, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
