[edit] Summary

Photo from a "Dominion of New Zealand" post card "Industria-Series" from one of my ancestors circa 1890 to 1900. It shows the reserve by the bridge leading into Helensville looking towards the shops (currently a (from right) butchers, bakery, dairy, and takeaways). Somewhere near where the cart can be seen is now the entry to Awaroa Road (the building having been removed).

It must be over 100 years old and I'm sure the New Zealand Post (new company) won't care about something the old govt owned post office sent out 100 years ago. This is New Zealand... you can't get sued.
