Helston Athletic Football Club are a English football club based in Helston in Cornwall. Founded in 1953, the club competed in the South Western League in their early years until their relegation to the Cornwall Combination in 1972, where they have played ever since. They also run teams in Falmouth & Helston League Divisions One and Three.

Helston Athletic have won the Cornwall Combination twice, first in 1987-88 and then again in 2000-01. During their tenure in the South Western League, their best finish was third in the 1964-65 season.
