"Help Yourself" is an R&Bjazz song written by English singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse and Jimmy Hogarth for Winehouse's debut album, Frank (2003). Released as the album's fourth and final single on 23 August 2004 as a double A-side with "Pumps", it reached number sixty-five on the UK Singles Chart. The song did not make the U.S. release of Frank.
