The story takes place 3 years after the first series. Lynn is living separately from her family. At one time, as for the Sarah is living at Worban Castle where the grandfather lives phosphorus is received also the marble mansion which passed pleasant everyday life, in the Montgomery mansion of the Isabel large aunt now over human labor, is passing to the school, Saint Patrick Institute from there. Once upon a time, the phosphorus which believes that the day when again, at the marble mansion it can live with parent and child 3 comes, aims toward cute Lady. Goal is to receive Lady crest decoration which is sent to ready of school one.

She is studying at Saint Patrick Academy, an all-girls school famous for horseback riding, making friends along the way, as well as rivals appear one after another before such a phosphorus.

As for the phosphorus which Iribe is done, aiming toward this crest, you strive for the practice of horseback riding in equestrian club.

As for phosphorus the horse which can make through heart, the Andrews number and together, jumping over these barriers, it is to keep climbing the stairway to Lady.

This is the second series of Lady Lady. Every year at Lynn’s school, an honorable "Lady Crest" is given to the most sophisticated lady. Lynn strives to receive this honor.

Lynn Russell (リン・ラッセル Rin Rasseru?)

Heroine of the series. Lynn is a cheerful and friendly 8-year-old Anglo-Japanese girl who slowly wins the affections of the people around her. She is a first-year student at Saint Patrick Academy and a member of equestrian club. When she befriends the unruly horse, Andrews, she becomes the center of attention of the town, as well as the object of ire and envy of her schoolmates who are eying the Lady Crest.
Sarah Frances Russell (セーラ・フランシス・ラッセル Sēra Furanshisu Rasseru?)
Voiced by: Chiharu Kataishi
She is Lynn's elder stepsister. She is living at the Worban Castle, her grandfather's place. Despite living separately, she and Lynn still share a strong bond. They both have golden heart-shaped lockets given to them by their father, the Viscount Marble. In the locket is a picture of the three of them as well as the words that characterize a true Lady: Merciful, Courageous, Noble.
George Russell (ジョージ・ラッセル Jōji Rasseru?)
Voiced by: Rokuro Naya
He is Lynn and Sarah's father. After losing the Marble Mansion, George is working hard to regain it from the bank. He is frequently away but loves his children dearly.
Edward Brighton (エドワード・ブライトン Edowādo Buraiton?)
Voiced by: Keiichi Nanba
Arthur's younger brother and Lynn's childhood friend. Good-looking and a skilled equestrian, Edward is the object of Vivian's affections.
Isabel Montgomery (イザベル・モンゴメリ Izaberu Mongomeri?)
Voiced by: Reiko Mutou
She is the Countess at Montgomery Mansion where Lynn is living at.
Sophie Montgomery (ソフィ・モンゴメリ Sofi Mongomeri?)
Voiced by: Yuko Mita
Hailing from France, Sophie is a distant relative of Countess Montgomery's late husband. At the beginning of the series, she puts up a sweet and innocent facade while scheming to put Lynn in a bad light in order to ensure that the Countess' inheritance will go to her family. She loves her mother dearly and do what it takes to please her even though she knows that actions against Lynn was wrong. Fear of being lonely in her life, she is afraid of being put into a dormitory.
Jeanne Montgomery (ジャンヌ・モンゴメリ Jannu Mongomeri?)
Voiced by: Kazuko Yanaga
She is Sophie's mother. Threatened by Lynn's closeness with the Countess Montgomery, Jeanne uses her daughter to make sure that they will be the ones to inherit the Countess' inheritance, frequently threatening Sophie to return her to a dormitory.
Vivian Spencer (ヴィヴィアン・スペンサー Bibian Supensā?)
Voiced by: Maria Kawamura
Vivian is the captain of Saint Patrick Academy's equestrian club. Strict and exacting, she is a gifted equestrienne and is aiming to get the Lady Crest. Threatened by Lynn's popularity when she managed to tame Andrews, Vivian makes sure to be harsher to Lynn. Her feeling of dislike for Lynn is further fueled when she notices that Edward is more interested in Lynn than in her.
Catherine Baker (キャサリン・ベーカー Kyasarin Bēkā?)
Voiced by: Mayumi Shou
Cathy is Vivian's close relative and a first-year student of Saint Patrick Academy. She is also a member of equestrian club. Like her cousin, she is also a gifted equestrienne and only first-year allowed to to ride Elizabeth.
Philip (フィリップ Firippu?)

He is the captain of the boys' equestrian club and an acquaintance of Edward. He has feelings for Vivian.
