Helladius of Auxerre

Helladius of Auxerre (d. 387) was a Roman Catholic bishop of Auxerre. He was canonized by the Roman Catholic Church. St. Amator (d. 418) was ordained deacon and tonsured by Helladius which provides the earliest example of ecclesiastical tonsure mentioned in the religious history of France.
