Helir-Valdor Seeder

Helir-Valdor Seeder (born 7 September 1964 in Viljandi) is an Estonian politician of the Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica who is the current Minister of Agriculture. He was Mayor of Viljandi from 1992 to 1993, Governor of Viljandi County from 1993 to 2003, a member of the Riigikogu from 2003 to 2007, and has been Minister of Agriculture since April 2007.[1]
