Helge Tverberg (born 1935) is a Norwegian mathematician. He has now retired as a professor in combinatorics.

He was born in Bergen, Norway. He began his mathematical studies at the University of Bergen in 1954 and remained at UiB throughout his academic career.

In 1965 Tverberg proved a result, Tverberg's partition theorem, on intersection patterns of partitions of point configurations. It inaugurated a new branch of combinatorial geometry, with many variations and applications.
